NanYue Logistics is always committed to human resource
management& development, lays much emphasis on reform and innovation
of HR management system, tries its best a build an encouraging,
relaxed, harmonious and favorable environment through improvements
and optimization of organizational structure and personnel structure.
NanYue Logistics possesses a team of talented people full of
vigorousness. By the end of Dec 2004, the company has a total of
1880 employees, of which 1 holds a Doctor degree, 41 hold Master
degree, 262 hold senior titles. All management personnel above the
middle level have university or above diplomas with an average age
of 30.4. A young and high-quality executive team lays a solid foundation
for development of NanYue Logistics.
Personnel training
NanYue Logistics pays much attention to employee training
and development and have drew up long term personnel development
training plans and career plans for grassroots, middle level and
senior executives to provide personnel storage for enterprise development
strategic planning. To this end, middle-level and senior executives
have been trained in business administration, company listing and
relevant knowledge training, specialized technical personnel have
been trained in new knowledge and skills and technical operators
have been trained in post training and relevant skills in accordance
with requirements of the post. Investment of NanYue Logistics
in employee training is no less than 2% of the employee¡¯s wages.
Personnel selection and employment
Personnel selection and employment of NanYue Logistics
is mainly conducted through introduction of external personnel and
selection of internal personnel. In according to HR planning, post
instructions and employment qualification, outstanding personnel
are selected from prestigious universities and out of social elites
using proper personnel recruiting methods and personnel selection
tools. Effective internal personnel flow mechanism is established
by means of job shift, competition, promotion/degradation and cadre
exchange.
Assessment and incentive
NanYue performs both daily and annual assessment of
the employees, links the results of assessment with salary &
benefits, job shift, training and holiday of the employees and establishes
employment mechanism whereby employees can be promoted/ demoted,
enter/leave and the enterprises regulates itself to realize optimal
configuration of talented personnel on the positions within the
company, promote development, management and proper use of human
resources and establish a high-quality, highly capable and efficient
team of employees.
Amid the spring breeze of listing of the company, NanYue is
actively exploring distribution methods according to production
factors. The key is to use base salary plus deduction from sales
revenue method for marketing personnel, technology share method
for software developers and stock option method for core personnel,
especially middle ¨Clevel and senior executives.
